Ghostwriting is the most complex of all services offered by Dark Star Lit and pricing varies widely based on the topic, scope, time required, research involved, and several other factors that include whether you have an outline created already.
Pricing is impossible to estimate until we talk about your project but if you need a number beforehand, know that it can range from $15,000 to $60,000+ and is invoiced based on milestones:
- 25% upfront
- 25% on delivery of the first draft (first half of chapters)
- 25% on delivery of the first draft (all remaining chapters)
- 25% on delivery of the final draft of the entire manuscript
Please note that final proofreading should be performed by someone else (with fresh eyes) and final formatting of the manuscript for publication is done by the client or their publisher.
